Stopped Banking with UOB 18 years ago, today had to bring a cash cheque to the counter, the waiting time for personal banking is over an hour at least. I can't think why this antiquated system still continues, banks aren't safe places to keep your money anymore and they clearly don't give any service to people who trust them enough to leave their funds on account!

Queued for 45mins just to submit some documents at the ground floor. Only 2 counter staff at customer service but 5 so called bankers loitering near the entrance not helping out the Q. I thought customer service is just to direct people to various counters but each transaction took 15 mins. Bad resource mgmt and teamwork.

Second branch to send me from counter to counter because they're not familiar with their own products. I'm beginning to think the incompetence has got something to do with the bank in general, and not the branch specifically.

Waited outside for about an hour. Waited for another 45mins when there are 0 customers waiting in front of me. Asked politely to one of the staff why haven’t they called me. Reply was…the staff are doing some admin stuff now, will call you shortly…do admin stuff when a long line of customers are still waiting outside…???erm…(scratching head)

Waited outdoor for more than an hour... By the time get inside, take number and wait again... Came to my turn , more than 2 hrs pass .. Certain procedures cannot do digital... Have to go to counter. Go to branch counter, inefficient. Lunch time given 1hrs... So u mean when we want to go bank, must take leave is it?

Booked an appointment and things went by pretty fast even though I missed my queue number. Staff were friendly to guide me to the counter and I did my transaction in about 15 mins. Lexi was very helpful and friendly. The security guard was gruff at first but polite when I said bye. Overall, exceeded expectations!
