★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m here for eyes scanning, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The service costs 25$ and I have a voucher worth 15$, there’s no issue with that. Besides, I try on many glasses but don’t by any, she is still happy and doesn’t force me to buy the glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there to collect contact lens under the Lazada/Acuvue partnership. When other shops are taking advantage of the partnership with almost conflicting instructions, clearly Capitol Suntec nailed their service with such pleasant attitude. They were so helpful even before going to the shop.
Upon arrival, they were so welcoming and did the necessary. Checking my current spectacles degrees and also checking if I would have Astigmatism. I also received an eye health check complimentary by a very pleasant optometrist (Jun Hae-in k-drama star lookalike) who gave helpful advices to take care of my eyesight.
Overall I really love this store and great job to all the three staffs! I didn’t buy any of their products as the contacts was purchased online but wouldn’t hesitate to come to this place in near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked away at one end of third floor i have missed it for a year now even though my office is on the Tower block.
Walked in on a whim and found Jennifer to be most helpful and knowledgeable. Was looking at a replacement for my oakley wiretap but she suggested a Maui brand.
The demo setup was startling and definitely a deal maker. $1300 for progressive, prescription and a unique sunglass frame - wow.
Will come back again
