Got to know Chester in mid 2016 when he was at his former optical shop at Wisma Atria. An experienced & patient optometrist who provides personalized service and offers additional customer support.

Having someone who is really friendly when recommending products to you is one criteria you should consider. Chester is a really friendly person. He is someone who goes the extra mile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Had a pair of new glasses, the guy only eager and casually pass me it, and did not bother to check comfort or make adjustments. Did not bother to provide service. And pricing is not competitive, so I would expect some level of service. I went to an optical shop in PLQ Mall at the same day for other spectacles and the service there was top notch. What a contrast!
