★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Checked in around 11.30pm but no receptionist, so I self check in, when I go to my pod I just realised that inside my pod there is no pillow n blanket, tried to call the emergency number but no 1 answer, whole night can't sleep since its so cool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel cancelled my booking for no reason. Sent emails and called several times without any reply.
I suggest making your reservation somewhere else if you want to avoid unpleasant surprises a few days before your arrival

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is perfect,I've been to 5star hotels before but the ambience and vibes here is different. Very homie,very accomodating and pretty receptionist? very cold rooms,clean toilet and shower,foods and supplies. Very accessible area everything is just perfect! And the price is??? will definitely stay here again and again everytime I go back in SG!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience staying here with humble receptionist, she helped me to print my ticket and my pcr test result. The pod is comfortable, like a private room and free laundry, coffee, tea, we can also take our drink in the fridge. Near from MRT Al junied. Recommend for solo traveler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a cheap place to stay in Singapore and we give it that, it was cheap. Facilities were awful, staff was incompetent. Air conditioned wasn’t working Switched on and off and made a horrible clicking sound. So many unnecessary noises. Cats and kitty litter everywhere. After staying there and paying they cancelled our booking on booking.com and haven’t replied since, hence I am rating them here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t imagine a better value in expensive Singapore! Comfy pod with plenty of outlets, ambient lights, and even a laptop table. AC was good. And the friendliest woman at the front desk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressed with how nice and clean it is. The people were amazing, especially the receptionist - always willing to help and very welcoming. Great location, surrounded by a lot of food options and very close to the metro station.
Definitely will recommend to anybody coming to SG.
