β β β β β Adrian put so much hard work into getting me to purchase my BMW X3.Thanks to his focus and determination in going the extra mile and managing all my complex questions and doubts.
I really appreciated how Adrian used WhatsApp to keep me up to date from the documentation work to LTA transfer and getting the best Insurance quotes for me to finally select. He assured me that he could get the car ready within 4 days and he did it. He was super fast with the processing after I gave my confirmation. I received my car this morning with great surprise which I never expected. A first for me and my family. I want to extend my thanks to Adrian for his hard work and his sincerity in delivery his promise to his customer. Definitely would recommend! Also a shout out to Ken for his friendliness. Kudos to all!

Adrian is a nice guy that explained all the A-Z to me after he listened carefully to what I am looking for and after I told him what I need.
He patiently explained and addressed all my concerns yet did not push me to commit.
He is not the pushy type or just want to close deals. His after sales service is a bonus as Adrian followed up to make sure I am satisfied with my vehicle.
Thank you Adrian for your professional service and I do change my perception about Car Dealer Salesperson!

β β β β β This is my best experience in buying a car, 3 days to complete entire purchase flow. Monday Noon - Viewing. Tuesday - Paper Work. Wednesday Noon - Collect new car and trade in old car. Adrian has been very helpful, he is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy which really makes the entire purchase smooth like Tofu. He provided step by step guide and response promptly to all enquiry. I will recommend Adrian and Car Express Auto to my fellow friends.

I also must mention that he drove the car to my place to show it to my daughter as she was not with us when we initially went to Car Express.
