I worked with Gina in both remote and in-person training, and she's been amazing! Great communication, constant check-ins, and always making recommendations on how I can improve my nutrition/physique/form. She always asks how I'm feeling during our in-person sessions, adjusting the workouts if I feel unwell. Love working with her ?

With work from home being in the way, I felt myself letting go of my health since there was just too much temptation. I made the executive decision to get a personal trainer and that was when I linked up with Gina from JG Fit. Professionalism, friendly and encouraging and way more is what I would describe going through the training sessions with her. As I have a bad back, she makes sure that she is fully aware of my health, my concerns and what I would like to achieve. In fact, I will say she aspires me to do better and to help me take control of my fitness. I have tried many classes or other trainers in the past but it's that connection you get with the trainer that makes exercising fun and awesome. So give JG Fit a try to get that push you need to start working out and getting fit. A double thumbs up and highly recommended!

I am currently training with Gina and can I just say, she has made me want to train and actually start to like training. Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Gina I knew that she was the perfect coach for me. Her infectious optimism make exercise fun. Gina works hard to tailor her program to the client’s level, assists in setting realizable goals and when met makes getting to the next level achievable. She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She always checks-in with me and alters the training to best suit me yet push me to reach my potential as well as my fitness & weight loss goals. Gina has the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques along with different types of fitness equipment to develop effective cardio and strength-training programs for me. Am ready and definitely looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with Gina!!! :)

Jiewen is thorough and detailed in his preparation and takes time to make sure he understands your goals and objectives. Jie Wen began his session by understanding my lifestyle, diet, motivations and goals before helping to craft out a sustainable weight loss plan. He listens intently, taking down notes, and provides valuable insights from his wealth of knowledge in the field. He shares unreservedly and is genuine in helping people through and through. Would definitely recommend Jie Wen to anyone who’s looking for a genuine fitness coach who could assist you in achieving your fitness goals!

I'm quite pleased with the quality and outcomes I'm obtaining. My wife and I decided to try this place after a friend recommended it to us. Gina, our personal trainer, is excellent and knowledgable. So far, she's done an excellent job, and we've already begun to notice positive results after only a month. Gina has paid close attention to the exercises she gives us, especially since I had back surgery, and she is actively observing to verify that we are completing the right routines in the correct posture. She also keeps track of our body measurements, such as fat, muscle mass, and so on, and shares them with us in a very secure Excel file on the internet. According to my physiotherapist my back is doing well, and that the personal trainer appears to be doing an excellent job. I'll give it a five-star rating: 5 out of 5 for politeness 5 out of 5 for punctuality 5 out of 5 for paying attention to my medical history. 5 out of 5 for detailed reports 5 out of 5 for explaining the exercise

I have enjoyed every training session with Gina! She constantly checks on my body condition, especially when I was having knee pain (healed, thankfully), which I really appreciate. She is patient and offers encouragement/support if I am struggling during the training. The constant review, feedback and gradual adjustments on food and nutrition also works well for me.

I am glad to have found Gina to be my personal trainer. She tailors appropriate exercises to help me build up my strength and stamina. The exercises are varied, fun and interesting. I like it that she explains the purpose of each exercise clearly and sees that I do it properly and safely. She also makes sure that I warm up properly before each session and do adequate stretching after. I have also learned many exercises that I could do on my own at home. Gina is a really easy going and caring person. I appreciate that she regularly checks in on me after every training session. I am making good progress in achieving my training objectives!
