I stumbled upon Car House when I was doing my car search on SGCarMart. I must say the experience I had with them was the best among the all the cars resellers I came across. Now I'm a satisfied owner of a 12 yrs+ Honda Stream. I will comment on the three things, namely service, price and the car itself. First on Car House's service, which I must say it was exceptional. Pure Tan was the sales agent and the entire process was very pleasant. He was friendly, responsive and attentive to my needs. I can literally see him write down the things I requested and he made every single one of them happen. In fact, he even did small things on his own initiative such as obtaining steering wheel cover and put in a car air freshener for me. Next on the price. I must say the car you get from Car House may not be the cheapest in market, but they are definitely competitive. In the price negotiation, while they did not agree to my initial offer, I can see that they tried to make compromises and eventually made a counter offer which was close. I accepted it in view of their sincerity, at least what I think Pure had tried to do to "fight" for a good price for me. In term of the car itself, an old car can never match up to a new one but what gave me the deepest impression was this: Pure told me his boss always want to present the best car to their customers, even if it is a old car, they will make it a point to re-spray and do the necessary grooming to make it look pristine. Indeed they lived up to that and I was satisfied with the condition. So far I have driven the car for 2 days and there was no issue. I'm enjoying my new ride. Thank you Pure and Car House! I will revisit the shop for my next cart definitely! :D

Bought his car with pure . So far so good. Though have some minor wear and tear but it’s normal for a used car As promised ,the accident should be accident free, STA check to be grade A or B .Or else they don’t sell to me .Important as a car owner ,we dislike major problem car as it will cause a big burn to the pocket . The handover is smooth just that have to wait for owner ship to be transfer Take 5 working days after payment made . Still pure is honest by far .
