Having test driven and chosen a car (all good so far) when I started to negotiate the price, not only were the 'pre-mentioned discounts' abruptedly no longer available but within a couple of hours the owner chose to withdraw is earlier offer and INCREASE the price by a further $1,000. Whilst thankfully not all second hand car dealerships in Singapore are as blatantly unprofessional as this one, I would personally recommend avoiding dealing with this organisation

More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Chris Ong. Not only was he extremely Genuine and a Gentlemen to boot, but also a true Professional. Tip top customer service with no hard sell and extremely a Patience guy. He understands to my situation and needs and work out the finance and gave variety of options at the extremely reasonable rate. I would highly recommend Chris Ong for consultant. To those who is looking to purchase or trade in car do look for Chris Ong. He will willingly render the much needed assistance and update of the process even over the weekends & after working hours! T	T SY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a car model I’m interested in and called the sales, Ivan. It was in the morning and he made an effort to come down immediately for me to view the car. The shop is at Turf City and I heard a lot stories in that area and as such quiet skeptical. My worries are unnecessary as Ivan had made this transaction smooth and fuss free. Everytime I called or message him about the car, he will give me an immediate reply. He is also very responsible and take pride in his work to ensure everything go as expected. Thank you Ivan, for your professionalism and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who are looking for car as he had done such a wonderful job. ??
M	M Fadzlan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor after sales services… bought a used car with faulty in-car camera. Ive requested to be refered to his appointed workshop to get it check but was not entertained. Dealer told me camera was working during point of purchase and just need to put memory card. Tested with 3 different memory cards and still faulty. Will pursue every means possible to get this dealer accoubtable. Avoid at all cost.

Fixed an appointment to view the car with Zappy and i am really impressed by his customer service and how transparent he is on the price and all. It certainly makes me feel comfortable talking to him about the car and all. Nothing doggy about this company and you will certainly feel comfortable dealing with them. Look for Zappy if you want a clear explanation. Thumbs up.
