★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this car rental company. They are not ethical and unprofessional. We never have this bad experience before. They rent out faulty car (which they knew the car has issue but still rent out as per normal) and refuse to exchange unless we pay more. It’s a scam! We ended up not driving the car as frequently as we would like to as it’s life threatening! Do not rent car from them.
