★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for the heart strong and heart gold packages that involved echocardiograms. Staff members were extremely friendly and professional. Waiting time was limited. Test technicians performing the diagnostics were females, in case you are wondering.
Dr Lee Chee Wan was professional, proficient and affable. He explained the diagnostic results clearly and professionally. I would be recommending his heart packages to my relatives and friends.
Only tip: please remind the cleaning lady to knock before entering a diagnostic room since a female patient could be in a state of undress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed clinic with no respect for patient's time. I was told to arrive at a certain time on a workday to receive my test results. I arrived in time , waited for over 30 minutes and was told that it may take another 30 minutes or longer. I asked to be passed the results which I paid for already but they refused and told me to return another time. If anyone is interested you can drop you email here, such that I can give a more detailed recount.
I guess I had the wrong expectation about private clinics offering better services.
