Equipment are well designed and targeted at strengthening muscles for seniors. Staff ensure and guide us seniors on how to use equipment properly and safely.

We never fail to have a great workout here under the guidance of 3 very friendly and knowledgeable trainers. You’ll never get bored as there’s always variations and different safe exercise routine that can be added on to our workout. ??????
