Biggest freehold plot in Flora vicinity. One of the very rare older projects with basement carparks. 2 big pools. Auspicious figure 8.

Although this is abit old Condominium but very well maintained. Have good facilities and one of the good swimming pool in the premises. Location wise, a little far from central area but all the amenities of tampianes are accessible. Suitable for the families or individuals who want to live in a quite neighbourhood.

Beautiful condominium with a huge swimming pool with a water feature / fountain. Units are not too small. The downside is that it's not near any MRT, with the nearest MRT being Tampines East downtown line. Nonetheless, inaccessibility also means peacefulness & better security so I guess it's still a great place to stay.

Nice condo with all the facilities! Could have been better connected by bus. Tampines hub bus services for free available. Overall nice place to stay

Some security guards have attitude and power tripping problem -- "very bossy and rude," so tenants feel very constrained. Sharing:- "Me and my co-tenant brought the kids to enjoy the swimming pool on a weekend, but the kids got scared and a bit traumatized with what the security did to her dad. Security asked him to leave the pool, just because security wants her dad to change swimming attire. Later on the security, still not satisfied, she kept bugging my co-tenant just to chase us away from the swimming pool. Really an unacceptable behavior from security. They are supposed to ensure tenants' safety, not to bug them and chase them away." This is NOT the "first time" we encountered such trouble from security. Other tenants already raised complaints to the Condo Management here and they really need to do something about this.
