IMHO, Jovell building facade looks really ugly. Especially noticeable when the construction is nearing completion, most of the exterior designs are painted! (The colours looks ugly too)
It is really looking worse than many of the newer HDB flats these days!
Hopefully I’ll have a different opinion after it reaches TOP, else it really an eye sore to the dwellers in other developments within the Flora vicinity!
