Especially big Thanks ? to JASON who is no doubt a v friendly and detailed staff there..he has v good attitude with patience, he helped me throughout the car servicing and answered whenever you have any questions. Thumbs up man! You deserved a good appraisal from your boss in Carro for such impressive customer service. Last but not least - Met the OIC (Helmi) for the 1st time there and he was a nice guy to talk to and feel comfortable to deal with.. thanks for helping also. Keep the good work and See u all again.

Booked an appointment and met Simon at Carro, who took the car for a test drive with me. Told me given the 2 years left on the car, it wasn't worth it to change the suspension and there were no safety concerns to continue driving till scrap. Honest feedback and truly there to help drivers with issues and not to make a fast buck.

Their team of mechanics is strong and knowledgeable. Thumbs up especially to Miss Jeslyn, she is very friendly, helpful and super efficient. Overall excellent service! I will definitely go back to do future repairs and car servicing. No more hassles with branded workshop that rip you off!
A	Aaron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very great experience with Mr. Helmi & his Team @ Carror care service, initial i was quoted 400 - 700++ to replace my fuel pump, cos my engine at times cracking couldn't start after awhile then able to start. With the professional expertise of Helmi/Team he rectify for me & was charged 300, it's a cost saving although my car was 2016 yr old. Thank you Mr. Helmi & your team members.

Despite being a small job, he still checked thru thoroughly to ascertain the issue. The final bill came out lower than others . Will certainly go back to him for future repairs and servicing.
