Second time using Kee Yong, both times Dave has been very helpful. This time, my rear passenger door's inside handle was not working. When I messaged him, he patiently troubleshoot the problem, in case the problem could be resolved on my own. At the workshop, after a quick evaluation, he and another mechanic resolved the problem together. It was quick and the charges were reasonable. He even noticed that I had a gasket on the same door missing, and brought it to my attention right away during the evaluation. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and my problem was resolved efficiently.

I had a minor issue with my car lately. Instead of going back to the authorised dealer, I searched for a credible alternative. Being a reviewer of goods and services, I googled and found Kee Yong Auto. I read the reviews and took note of the key objectives - being expensive and not customer service oriented. I made my appointment and thought nothing of it. Three days before the appointed time, I received a courtesy call from Dave. He inquired about my car, the issues and the mileage. I dutifully responded. He gave me some relief as he knew what I referred to about the lingering sound. On the appointed day, Brian handled my car perfectly, and all matters were explained to me. When it came to the itemisation of the repairs, wear and tear, Dave came into the picture. Dave was attentive and explained all the issues as layman as possible (I know nuts about cars). He was detailed in checking, and when it came to delivering, it was superb. The irritating sound is gone. The car drives well. As for the price, I have no comparison, but I think for this level of service and attentiveness to my car, it was worth it. Both Brian and Dave excelled in looking after my car. Thank you. They handle Jaguar/Mercedez vehicles. They do quick repairs with original parts. Friendly staffs and no shoes allowed inside the office. After servicing, they clean your car, how amazing is that. If they find anything out of the norm, they do inform you well in advance with pictures and what would be the outcome. Amazing guy, served by Dave and his colleagues. Simply wonderful. Price is reasonable.

If you own a Mercedes. ANY Mercedes, there's only one workshop you should go to. Kee Yong Auto was able to solve longstanding problems I've had with my car, and Dave is a master at diagnosing any problem. They're honest and won't overcharge you. I'm more than happy to come here, even though I could go to Cycle and Carriage.
