★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I signed a 3 year package over at Marina Square just a month ago. It allows me to go any other outlet in Sg for grooming at $16. Didn't had a good experience at MS, but since I've already paid for package, so went ahead since I was at CSM.
Got a good experience this time round. Was served by a Malay staff (didn't catch his name) and he was not only polite, I think he really had good customer service! Explained to him my bad experience at MS (promised to do free fumigation but didn't, on top of poor cleaning job done) and he offered to do fumigation after cleaning for free, and in my presence to show it was done.
The grooming here was done so much better - no residual water, water marks - and I got to see the fumigation process personally as well. It's been a few days and I do not see any more crawling insects!
