First time buying from Car Times, was served by Jason Chan. As it is my first time selling my previous car and purchasing another, Jason was extremely patient with me even though i bombarded him with questions everyday. Jason remained calm and professional through out my whole messy purchase as I made a lot of mistakes on my side. I would definitely come back to Car Times for my next purchase. Cheers! ?

Was talking to a friend about purchasing a 2nd hand car when she recommended me Mr Shown from Car Times @ Ubi. Mr Shown was pleasant, engaging and answered any questions we had. Made a decision on that day itself (3rd March 2022) to buy a car Mr Shown had shown us. We told him we would like the car within a week's time, he managed our expectations saying that he would try his best and delivered (11th March 2022) said car on the dot! After driving the car for a couple of days, we had some minor issues with the car which we highlighted to Mr Shown and he immediately asked if we would like to bring it back into the workshop to take a look. From my understanding, this is rare as salespeople usually try to keep their costs low. Had a very good experience with Car Times- highly recommend the company and Mr Shown!

Was choosing a car for the family and sought more information for one that interested us. Spoke to Charlene and information/queries were promptly shared which helped us to shortlist the choices we had better. She was detailed, nice and friendly and made the process a very smooth and comfortable one. Subsequent questions that we had along the way were promptly answered as well which put our minds at ease. We appreciate her efforts, thoughts and sincerity throughout our car purchasing journey.

Chanced upon a CarTimes post on Facebook and decided to look for Team Leader Jon Toh due to all his good reviews. And indeed, Jon’s service did not disappoint me and he really lived up to my high expectations. This is my 6th time buying a car and I must say Jon really outperformed all my previous Agents. Awesome experience at Cartimes on a used car purchase. The staff there were professional and knowledgeable. Attentive in listening to my requirements, guiding me through the car selection, providing step by step guidance on the paperwork, loan calculation and insurance. They even offered me insights on the COE trends and provided suggestions to time the next COE cycle. Special mention of Pearl, who was wonderful to deal with, very patient and helpful. Upon car collection, there were thoughtful details where the interior leather finishing and seats were polished clean, and there was a scented cardboard that gave a fresh scent when entering the car. She even went the extra mile in linking the car Bluetooth connection to my mobile phone and advised repeatedly on the safety/hazard features available, knowing that safety was a key priority for my family. Highly recommend Cartimes to my family and friends!

We met Lawrence on the 1st day of our car shopping. He was patient and advised us on several aspects before we settled on our ideal car. The entire process was smooth as Lawrence was always updating us. In about 2 weeks, the car was ours. The professional thing about Lawrence was the after-sales service he provided. He helped us to liaise with the workshop to correct a dent in the car. Thank you Lawrence once again for making our car buying journey so smooth!

Not a satisfactory experience with the Ubi outlet. When collecting pre-owned car, things that were promised upon signing of Purchase Agreement were not fulfilled. Sales tried to cover up, had to call Team Leader to come and settle the issue (promised a fresh coat of spray paint but was not given this). After much haggling (which should not even have been necessary), Team Leader agreed to resend in the car for a respray. Had the sales agent inspected the car dutifully upon receiving the car from the workshop, none of this would have transpired. Also transfer fee borne by customer. Never had to bear this with previous pre-owned car purchase. Prior to purchase, had to also chase sales to verify if car was still under agent warranty. Not sure to rate Cartimes as an honest company or not. But DEFINITELY not customer-centric that's for sure!

Purchased a used 2019 Honda Vezel from Charlene at Cartimes. She was friendly, responsive and even drove the Vezel from Ubi showroom to Toh Tuck for our convenience to test drive the car. The car came with fabric seats which were not ideal for us with two toddlers. Charlene offered us a free leather seats upgrade and also threw in a rear camera that was also missing. It was my birthday during the car handover date and Charlene very kindly bought some flowers and hid it in the boot for a surprise. All in all, it was a very enjoyable purchase with Charlene. Highly recommend.
