★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Joe to do the measurement for my apartment. He promised to send us the formal quote with the measurement and breakdown of the charges 1 day after our meeting. He only came back to us 3 days later and only sent us an informal quote with no breakdown of the cost. Joe cannot be trusted and the reviews in FB maybe fake. We are very disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the slow response from Joe and bad recovery service after he found out that my husband left a bad review.
First, he promised to provide quote but I had to send him multiple messages to chase him for the quotation.
After 3 days, simply drop me a lump sum quote $2.4K with no breakdown whatsoever.
Also, he did the site measurements but does not share the measurements with us. No transparency in pricing, I am not able to know how much I am paying for the different types of curtain material.
It gets increasingly frustrating when Joe turns ugly in our conversation. No decency to even apologise for his slow response.
Now, we have to reschedule another trip to measure the windows because they obviously cannot be trusted. Just bad luck for us, really upset.
