β β β β β Made an appointment with them at 12pm. Arrived there 5 minutes early, only to be greeted by an empty office. Gave a call to the owners but we were promptly told to come back 15-20 minutes later (presumably because they were having lunch). We waited until 12.30pm, and they never showed up. We were not even given a call to tell us that they would be late. Unprofessional.
If you had an appointment with a customer, and you had to go off for whatever reason (be it for lunch or to settle other matters), it's common sense to inform your customers beforehand and apologise for the inconvenience. We were not given any apology, nor were we given any heads up that you would not be in office. It's quite appalling that we only got a response after 45 minutes of waiting. I'm sorry, but if this is the kind of image you are showing to a customer then what would make us think that you would finish the work we hired you to do on time?
If you can't have an appointment at 12pm (because it's lunch timing), then perhaps you should have not agreed to the 12pm appointment?
I suggest you review your SOPs and give your staff some training to better handle such situations in the future.

β β β β β I had a very bad experience. Their Service and the experience with them was horrible and was a pain. The whole process from the time they measured to ordering, installing everything was delayed. Common excuse they have given me is Covid, Delay in shipment. The amount of rubbish and time spend to confirm every single details and to be precious to the point. I came back to use them again cos i trusted BUT i have decided never to use them again!
iF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FULLFILL YOUR ORDERS, PLEASE DO NOT OVER BOOK YOURSELF!
The amount of stress i have to go through, when everything is suppose to be STRESSFREE!
I am unable to give 0 starts , so i have give to give 1 star.
Hope the service becomes better, and hire better salesman.
