Our beloved dad passed away about 2 weeks ago. We were distraught and engaged Casket Fairprice to assist funeral services. Mr Chong has been very helpful, with clear explanations, extremely understanding and patience, guided us with good advise. The Sky Memorial Hall was clean, spacious, neat and tidy. It can be locked up if need to (at late nights). In summary, Mr Chong has arranged all details well, especially all of us going through the difficult time. We had unforgettable moments, and appreciate their great attitude.

My mother has departed recently and we engaged the services of Casket Fairprice. It was a tough period for myself and my family however, Roger, our advisor, took 100% care of the wake, ensuring my mother has a grand and proper sent off. Roger was very detailed and very caring. Contacted Casket Fairprice after my mother passed away. Ming Liang met me at the hospital and slowly explained in detail on what are the next steps. When we arrived at the funeral hall, everything had been arranged perfectly. Ming Liang also explained the key things to do daily for a Buddhist funeral. During the funeral Ming Liang was there whenever we needed his advice on the rituals and procedures for the funeral. He provided top notch service and helped ease so much burden from our shoulders. Absolute the best service one can have when in times of need. When my dad passed on, with a phone call the representative was at the hospital to meet us within an hour. No hard selling, no hidden costs. Importantly they were so professional that every single detail was taken care of. Flower water was provided, towel was pre packed for us to give guests in line with Chinese customs. Even when we wore socks to send off at crematorium, they helped bring all the shoes there for us to change out after the ceremony.
