★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our couple therapy sessions with Cassandra really helped us iron out the communication issues we had trouble solving on our own. Through the process Cassandra equipped us with more effective ways of communication with each other, focusing on the “us”, taking care to refill our love tanks, addressing each other’s emotional needs in times of stress. All very of which are helpful and teaches us to build on our marriage. Thank you Cassandra :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cassandra has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled, as well has being very fun and reassuring. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and practical. Throughout the sessions, I have a safe space to express and examine my thoughts, feelings and behaviours with an impartial person to listen and offer tools/advice to improve my self-awareness and reflective capabilities. The sessions have helped me see a way forward to achieving my goals and starting a new chapter in my life, where I have clarity about the issues that were disturbing me. I trust my inner voice more and I am now capable of taking more important decisions. Very grateful for the sessions we’ve had, and cannot recommend her enough.

She was able to get through to me on the same level that I tend to process life - cognitive intellect. Her soft but direct approach made me feel very comfortable talking to her. She did not rush the process and asked poignant questions. Cassandra helped me realize things I knew deep down, but needed a third party to acknowledge. Her guidance has gone a long way in helping me on this journey!
