Really great service by QiQi for lash extensions. She has graceful magic hands, working so gently that I could fall asleep. She is super meticulous and passionate about her job and zero hard selling. Definitely recommended!!

Did my facial and massage here today. The facial was good but the massage REALLY DISAPPOINTING!! When I said it’s very painful, she laughed OMG! And after the whole session, they’re pushing me to get the package like I need to say Yes to them. When I said no, the manager keep asking me to get at least 1-2 sessions and she never give me a chance to reply to her. When the staff Chi Chi talked to me and repeated the reason why I can’t get the package, the Manager BECKY suddenly stand up and walk away. SO RUDE!! I will not recommend this to my friends! ?

Don't bother, their customer service over the phone is already horrible. I made an appointment with them weeks ago and it was already confirmed, but 2 days before the appointment they called and said they have to move my afternoon appointment to evening, which was still reasonable. The reason was because they needed to do some cleaning as the salon was getting really dusty.. On the day itself (this morning), they told me I have to move my appointment to another day completely and that other customers had to move their appointments too. Not like telling me that would make me feel any better, the failure to maintain the store's upkeep on a daily basis is not the customer's fault either. Furthermore, if they needed to allocate a day for spring cleaning, they should not have confirmed our appointments the day we booked them, but tell us it's unavailable then instead. Cancelling our appointments because of their untidyness and them leaving their salon in a mess seems unreasonable and out of hand.

Very pleasant experience here at Cassey Lash. She gave honest advice about the type of eyelashes that is suitable for me. Love the comfy recliner chair too! Best me time I could asked for!
