★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are nice and friendly. You can highlight any concern to them if you are uncomfortable.
I went for the underarm hair removal package which includes 5 + 12 treatments. The effect can be seen visibly where the hair are much thinner but I have yet finished the full treatment to see the full effect.
However, one downside is that it will be good if the promo pricing during the first visit can have a longer validity instead of having to decide on the same day after the first visit.
But highly recommend to go for the underarm treatment as they really wants to help with your problem and willing to adjust the treatment accordingly.

She was very patient and also she made me feel very comfortable during the session. She was very detailed in her work ensuring everything was fine. A great experience today.

The staff don’t hard sell and answer and questions or concerns you may have, and you won’t feel like just another customer they don’t care about. The treatment for my laser and peel has also been very effective.

Thank you Cherry for helping me with the treatments and being gentle with me! She always ensure I have a good experience, even remembered and specially shared with me their playlist in the outlet after I left as I casually asked about the songs they played. Highly recommended!
