★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no doubt on the quality of the sofa but didn't like the service provided by a female staff. So stuck up, has no means of providing a good service. Though i know that your furniture is of good quality but shouldn't have that kind of nose up in the air. I was completely pissed off from the start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst showroom experience ever. Extremely arrogant and stuck up service from a female staff (like what other reviewers said). Told us "the ideal size of our sofas is 2.8m and above" in the tone of "your home is too small for us", explained the features of their sofas in a very condescending tone, and took away a display cushion from my daughter as if it was made of glass. Can't attest to the quality of their sofas as we won't want to buy anything from them. The only good thing is the empty showroom, and now we know why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unbelievable, we had the worst showroom experience ever (it was true like the others commented). In 21 Tai Seng Street showroom, an arrogant lady staff don’t bother to intro their product after knowing we are looking for 2m 2 seater sofa (her attitude shows us “don’t waste my time”), told us they only have big size sofa. There are other places have same good quality sofas and better service. We definitely will not be the Castilla customer after having such bad customer service.

Just purchased the Amici L shaped sofa and after a day, we realised the leather was pretty loosely fitted.
Have been trying to connect for rectification but was totally ignored.
Not really up to what it has claimed to be 30 years, quality, assurance, Italian brand
It looks like we have used for years though is just a day
