Very impressed by Sales Personnel Cynthia. She is very helpful, patience n give very honest and practical advices. I bought the furniture from her and will come back to her in future if I need other furniture.

Just randomly walk into Xclusive home, a very friendly staff name Cynthia approaches us, we end up brought a dinning set and a sofa. Love the quality and the delivery guy were also very friendly able to set up all in a flash. Strongly recommend! 38734 good service!

Angry and disappointed customer. Took down my previous good comments on Cynthia's service. Because all promises meant nothing to her. Below are our experiences with them. 8 Jan 22 Bought sofa from Cynthia. What Cynthia promised: 1 - Sunday 20 Feb 22 delivery date. 2 - Trade-in discount on current sofa including disposal. 3 - selected Calfskin Fabric due to her heavily promoted material and also due to material availability too. 22 Jan 22 Cynthia called to say no calfskin available (Promise 3 - failed). What Cynthia promised: 4 - free upgrade to leather to meet existing delivery date. Which we agreed as we do not want any delays. 5 - was informed by her that the logistic team will call us one day before delivery date to provide the actual time of arrival. Problems: - she changed the invoice from calfskin to leather which we agreed upon. However, she discreetly changed our delivery date to later on a weekday without informing us. Only when we spotted it at that instant she insisted they don't deliver on a Sunday even though she had promised on a Sunday delivery when she closed us during our first visit (Promise 1 - failed). Refused to admit what she promised even thought the invoice clearly indicate Sunday delivery by her own writing. Signs of dishonesty. We still made an effort to go down to showroom again to ensure the color of leather is correct as per receipt. Later that same week - Cynthia informed again to say they do not provide us disposal of our current sofa and were told to dispose them ourselves. (Promise 2 - failed) 7 Feb 22 - Upon re-confirmation on our sofa delivery date with Cynthia, we disposed off our current sofa ourselves. 25 Feb 22 A day before the promised delivery date. At 4pm, no call or msg from her or logistic team, we called the logistic team directly to enquire since we already lost faith in Cynthia. Was told that they do not have our invoice and delivery was not planned for at all! (Promise 4,5 - failed) We called Cynthia again, she said it was her mistake that she did not submit our invoice. Delivery date need to be pushed to 14 Mar 22. (Promise 4, 5 - failed) We asked for her boss's contact and were not given, told her to ask the boss to call us also to no avail. We requested for full refund. Only until i received my full refund without any problem then i can post my experience here. This is to prevent any other stunts by her. Attached photos were all the evidences if you do not believe me. Now we are left with no Sofa and no more trade-in offer for our next sofa anymore. Being played out by her. Had seen a previous nasty post on her before purchase but we ignored it because she keeps telling us is the customer's bad attitude and problems. Had believed her because she promises anything we requested. Apparently, you just have to believe in reviews. While I take a long time preparing this review, I believe it is worthwhile to prevent any others who may be affected by her. Anyway, her good reviews on google was requested by her during purchase. had put up a great review on her during my purchase because of her service. But after sales was really worst of any kind. Had taken down my previous reviews so that others will not be mis-led. To those who had already purchased from her and left a great review on the day of purchase, hope you receive what was promised and not be like me.

Great service from Cynthia ! My cousin & My family purchase 2 sets of Sofas and 10 dining chairs from her. She gave us her experienced knowledge in choosing the sofas! She guided us throughout the 3 hours there diligently. My kids enjoyed their time there while we were selecting the sofas & chairs.

SUPERB service by Cynthia!! She really goes all the way for customers and treating her customers sincerely ??? which I feel this is really important! She's just awesome! I was at another furniture store previously and met a really lousy salesman. Glad to have finally bought our dining table and chairs from Cynthia, she really makes our day!! Aunty Cynthia was really helpful and gave us great insights to help us decide what furniture to get. So personable and really made us feel welcomed.
