I cannot find the office hours of this office, called 67231378 and waited for over 15 minutes with no real human to talk to "progressing queue ..." is all I got.

This is the worst non-budget airline ever. Called the hotline twice and both of the staffs are impolite and not helpful. Totally not recommended to fly with Cathay Pacific

Used to be one of the premium carriers. Now they are at the brink of making β€œunbelievable” losses that they can stoop so low to denounce damages which they have caused to consumers’ baggages.

The passenger in front of me reclined their seat, He had issues so called upon the cabin crew for help. After banging his chair a number of times he managed to get his seat to recline but had to brace his leg with the seat in front to maintain it in the reclined position. When he did this his seat was reclined much further than the passengers next to him who had also reclined their seats. So much so that despite only being 155 cms in height. My knees were in the back of his chair. I got up to go to the toilet and looked back at my seat, I had less than the length of my cell phone. Approx 14 cms between the back if his seat and the front my chair. I went to the cabin crew who called upon their supervisor. I showed her the room I had and she at first claimed there was no issue she could see. I had to actually get out my phone to show her just how little room I had. She gave me the overall impression that she didn't care at all about my plight and just wanted me to stop being a nuisance. I felt no sense of sympathy nor empathy. Eventually she did say she could move me, which I accepted but again showed her distain for me when I asked if she could please help me move my things. It was clearly beneath her to help me but she did call another stewardess to help. I have flown over 120 flights, mostly in economy, including on budget airlines and I have never felt the need to complain about either the leg room nor the cabin crew on a flight I have taken.
