I was stuck at Yishun Blk 925 Central CBM Pte Ltd carpark as I was unable to exit the gantry at Exit B. Unfortunately, the Help button at the gantry was spoilt and the telephone number of CBM Pte Ltd was not displayed at Exit B. So I had to call town council and they told me they were not responsible. They referred me to HDB, I was put on such a long waiting hold and took so long to manouevre their menu, before finally a HDB officer picked up the phone and told me they couldn't help me. They told me to call CBM. As you are aware, there's a childcare located at the top floor of your carpark. I think it is critical you display your telephone numbers around the carparks clearly in addition to Exit B and Exit A. In case of emergencies, others don't have to call 1 whole big round before being able to locate your staff to help them exit the carpark. You should also distribute your telephone numbers to all the vendors of Blk 925 especially the childcare if you have any conscience at all. Do you want to end up like the horrible London building fire before you will take any action??? The Northpark Residences construction team is taking over the management of your carpark. Don't you even care? They are blocking your carpark exits. Most of the time now, they block Exit A.

If you make a call from the gantry, you get an underachiever at the other end of the line who leads an unhappy and unfulfilled life and gets her only kick she could ever get in her entire life from denying entry to people in urgent situations. Call made on 03/12/2020.

Attempting to top up my cash card at Kallang Trivista last night, top up machine was down. They said will send mechanic down to check. Hello I need to go home ya? So I requested for them to open up the gantry, and they kept insisting for my IU number. Who memorizes IU number? And their system so “advanced” that IU number cannot be traced with car plate number? It’s impressive how much they did just to make me feel I am trying to get away with a $5+ parking fee. No wonder company is called CBM. Suits them really well.

Poorly managed cashcard topup facility at Bedok Food Centre. Has not been functioning consistently for 1 whole week. Escalated via customer service hotline but explanation given was unacceptable.

When grantry have issues, the hotline staff do not sound friendly, and the reaction time for someone that comes to the location takes very long. No reason or point in servicing carparks if they do not wish to even do their simple job. Zero enthusiasm in assisting people that are facing problem.

Was charged $26.76 upon ENTRY at blk 270 Queen Street car park (below food centre). Send email with my contact number early last week. Never acknowledge or contact me since then. By d way, I was also charged for exiting. Speaks volume about their management.

There is always a very long que going out of the tampines carpark at the British Council. Very dissapointed. I'm also not sure if the grace period is 15mins. Due to the long que, the parking was deducted even when I had entered for only a short period to pick up my child. Very dissapointed with the slowness of the gantry.. please do something about it.
