Had my first visit to Cecilia Westberry today for a Brazilian Wax and eyelash extension. Very professional and the therapist’s put you completely as ease. Totally recommend this place for your beauty essentials and a spot of pampering!

The pedicure was good but the pricing is not clear, website lists callus treatmet at $21, then its turns out to be $48 apparently because of a foot mask that must be sold together with the treatment. I'm also still not sure what the callus treatment actually was because I felt I got what you would expect in a standard pedicure at any reputable place. Ended up paying $90 for pedicure which is pretty pricey

Efficient and professional spa services. Bright and clean feel. simple yet tastefully designed interior . Facials and massages are top of the class. Using the best brands in skincare. Cecilia will analyse skin and recommend the most suitable treatment to bring out your best. Ask her. There's nothing she doesn't know!

TLDR: Avoid the holland village location. My skin is still recovering thirteen days after my hydra facial there. Wheelock location is great. My first experience with CW was for a hydra facial at Wheelock place. The cost was high but the service was excellent, the location and ambiance was high quality, and my skin looked wonderful several days later. Six weeks later, however, I made another hydra facial appointment at the Holland Village location and it was dramatically different. The space is in the ground floor of an HDB and not nearly the same quality or ambiance. No air con outside the treatment rooms. First technician did not speak much English but was okay, but then Cecilia came in with a hard sell to purchase products, get a manicure too, and sign up for a future microneedling appointment. She did extra extractions that were extremely painful and left me bleeding and in much worse condition than just “a little bit of redness” that you might expect. Thirteen days later and my skin is still healing. Avoid this place.

I scheduled an appointment with them at 7 pm. And the website mentioned that the procedure would be over within 30 mins. And to my wonder they started exactly at 7 and completed by 7:30 pm. The staff who handled me was excellent at the quality of service she provided and friendly too. Definitely recommend Cecilia Westberry Beauty Spa for a visit. I am sure one would never regret going there. I am definitely visiting them again. Cheers :)

It was my first time and I did a couple of services: waxing (Brazilian, underarm, & eyebrows), facial (basic with shoulder massage), and spa (mani & pedi). I was a little overwhelmed when I got in because there was no waiting area as there are 3 seats for mani and pedi services right at the entrance and by the reception counter. Nevertheless, the staffs were very professional and quite nice. The waxing was surprisingly little to no pain compared to the other waxing places I have been to before but very thorough and quick. The facial was so good and relaxing. They threw in a "free trial" of the tendon massage and it was super good as my facial muscles were quite tight and therefore "clogged" causing a bit of bloating on my face. I would highly recommend to have the tendon massage along with the facial service. The spa (mani & pedi) were quite well done as well. The scrub and the mask on the hands extended up to my elbow while the one on the feet extends up to my shin area which was surprising because for some places they literally just do the hands and feet area. Now my limbs are so soft like a baby's butt. All the therapists have a very light touch that could easily relax you. The best thing is that they don't hard sell during or even after the service is done. They just let me know they also do hair services. Definitely will come back for another me-time pampering day.

They have great service for waxing. They even provide home service. Easy to book and professional staff and extremely time sensitive. A definite go to!
