Indulge Skin & Body Lab - 1 Vista Exchange Green

I enjoy my hair treatment a lot! My hair always feels silky smooth after the treatment. The service staff are friendly and not pushy. Going there is my way of pampering myself after a long day!

I hold a package with Indulge (which I was definitely talked into) for massage and facial. I cannot speak for other therapists but Candy is amazing. She is really experienced with traditional Chinese massage and knows all my trigger points. I have a lot of muscle soreness from exercise and she always tries her best to alleviate these for me. My facials with her are also fantastic. I would highly recommend Candy and her expertise. The salon is always clean and they're usually on time and I've never questioned hygiene or quality of products. The only reason why this review is not 5 stars is because there's always a push at Indulge to upsell me something. After a relaxing massage and facial, I just want to sign and go home. I don't really want to try to be sold something. At times the reception area is very crowded and noisy which takes away from the atmosphere of a place you go to for relaxation.

Good, although i only intended to buy massage treatment for 2 sessions from fave, but ended up spending few hundred dollars of massage package, not so hard selling, but they will ask you to renew package with them

I had a chance to visit Indulge skin and body lab after seeing a fave offer for facial. Since, this was my first visit, I was not sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by the service provided! My service provider was Angelin and she is extremely good and experienced at her job! This is probably one of the best facials I have received here at Singapore and at a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend other people to get their facial done here. My skin feels soft, supple and brightened and I am glad I came here! :)

Skip the facial if you have to - was serviced by Angelina on two occasions and the extractions were excruciatingly painful and left red marks for days. There's always a request for users to top up for ampuoles at $38, which they will make a sales speech that it's some magical potion that will target your most concerned area (can't remember if we were made to write down our concerns before at registration or do they just specifically target your most glaring issue like dry skin or whatnot). Some hardselling at end of session but they don't push further excessively after you say no.

Do not go to this place for massages, they will upsell you, lie to you about treatments (in the guise that its a new TCM treatment) and also cut short on your massage service time. They deleted all the reviews section and prevent ppl from leaving reviews on Facebook because of all the bad feedback they have been getting. Very dishonest company and commission greedy staff. Sales staff will hardsell you aggressively if you don't get their package. Be wary when you use FAVE to pay, they will hardsell you till you feel suffocated. If I could give a -10/10 i would! Don't patronise them for massages, go to Sing Kang TCM just a couple doors down for a more authentic TCM massage which is not expensive and they don't hardsell you or upsell your treatments. Response to reply: If you have nothing to hide and are an honest enterprise, why remove all your reviews on your facebook page? Something to hide. I wrote a feedback earlier and they also removed it. Customers go to them at your own risk. This is from a first hand experience getting upsold by a staff who told me is it a new TCM treatment (she said its a milder form of guasha but its still guasha as the technique is still the same) Even though I said no many times to not buying a package I am harassed into asking what credit cards I have and that I can pay by instalments. They said they caught everything on camera. Well the masseuse asked me to try this new TCM treatment in the treatment room so given that I had to be naked for the massage, you are saying there is a camera in the room while I am not wearing clothes and receiving treatment? You can be sued for this as this is illegal! If you don't believe me you can pay for the experience to be harassed and have mediocare massage treatments. Scam company. Read the other bad reviews to confirm my feedback please. Just trying to prevent others from getting duped by this dishonest company.

Classic Mani-Pedi! This is the first time I have tried this venue and I had an positive experience right from the start. The staff were extremely welcoming. The appointment started on time. My therapists were Angel and Joma and they provided a professional service and excellent job. They constantly made sure that I was comfortable, especially in the massage chair. I am really happy with the service and I would definitely recommend it. I cannot wait to be pampered again! Thank you so much

I purchased a pain management massage through fave and it was a wonderful experience! No hardselling, the staff were incredibly helpful and the massage service was incredibly good. I've been having bad backaches from long hours at the desk and from working out regularly. Fantastic service! will definitely patronize again.
