★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é muito confortável com apartamentos bons para duas pessoas. O local não é tão bonito pois tem muito lixo e muitos bares e lojas ruins. Mas fica perto do metro e de pontos de ônibus.
 The building is very comfortable with good apartments for two people. The place is not so beautiful because it has a lot of garbage and many bad bars and shops. But it is close to the metro and bus stops.

fingerprint. Around 300.000USD to buy 1 apartment (~ 50m2 = 1 bedroom, 1 small kitchen+livingroom, 1wc, 1 store 2m2), can drink water directly from water pipes
