★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some Eastern Europeans in this condo do not have any common sense/manner. (talking loud at balcony.. etc) I am not being racist but being factual. (I can clearly hear that they speak one of the Eastern Europeans (sometimes French) languages). Please behave, Singapore is not like where you have come from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo with relatively decent size, bit old but still well maintained. Pool kind of small and too close to resident unit, less privacy for swimming and suntaning.
Many owners subletting rooms.
