★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably bad. I complained to my HR about them. I called them up from a company called lifeworks and they asked a bunch of questions about why I needed to speak to someone. I was just calling about lock down stress and thankfully not some major mental health crisis. FYI if someone is calling you about an issue, they shouldn't have to give details about it to your unnamed and untrained receptionist to make an appointment. Also when I asked the receptionist if she or you (the practice) were trained healthcare professionals, she replied "no we are therapists". If your staff don't understand that mental health is a healthcare profession, fire them. Train your staff better, or just continue to be a monument to the absolute travesty that is mental healthcare in Singapore.
