β β β β β I am most impressed when Dr Au Eong did my eye measurements not once but twice to ensure that the outcome of the surgery would be optimal. He never rushes through his consultations so as to allow patients time and space to clarify their doubts and concerns. His staff are also very patient and competent. I am highly satisfied with my perfect vision despite my initial ambivalence to proceed with the surgery. Kudos to Dr Au Eong for his impeccable surgical skills!!!

β β β β β Dr Au Eong Kah Guan is a very competent and experienced ophthalmologist.
He patiently explains the treatment options, answer questions and concerns, in a very friendly and professional manner. To allay one of my concerns, he took the trouble to confer with my optometrist, who has been prescribing my glasses for the last 35 years.
The surgery went smoothly with minimal discomfort and speedy recovery. Thanks to Dr Au Eong - I can now see and read without glasses !!

β β β β β AVOID AT ALL COST if you have an emergency. We were told by the staff counter that there's 4 people in front of us and the wait is 1 hour. 1 hour later, another staff told us there's 6 people in front of us and the wait is another hour. They do not respect our time, which is such a waste because the doctors are good. Visit only if you have the entire day to spare and you have nothing to do with your life.

β β β β β I received a letter with my FULL name, NRIC, age, allergy, contact number, address on the envelope. I was in shocked! The clinic has breached PDPA requirement and all they could say to me was βsorryβ. Then I made appointment for cleaning of lashes with a particular staff, who caught covid and NO ONE called to inform me, till I arrived at the clinic. Really BAD service received. I would not visit this clinic, if not for Dr Au Eong.

β β β β β I decided to check out an opthalmologist after experiencing a prolonged blur vision in my left eye. The experience was a pleasant one throughout as I felt at ease being led to separate rooms with different equipment test. In between breaks, the staff there was nice & professional. More importantly, Dr. Au Eong was patient in explaining the details of the diagnosis & that made me feel more assured and I decided to do the operation. After the operation the feeling was great & I had no regrets about it. I am very thankful to Dr. Au Eong for doing an excellent job. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Went with blurred vision. Whole day wasted and 900$ later I still have blurred vision without a diagnosis or recommendation/treatment.
The uncle at a neighbourhood shop gave me a reading glass for 2$ and problem solved.
