Case file keep missing
ask to CC email, till now yet to receive
still doing pigeon post.
call within 1200-1400hrs , everything will be forgotten .
6 month , case still pending till I call them , then they remember.

Inexperience to fight on accident cases and inefficient in processing task. Not responsive to messages, have to call back just to get an update on my case. Very unsatisfied with the claim settlement amount

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My case was dragged on for almost 2 years and there were no follow up from them at all. They only respond when I resorted to reaching out to Singapore Law Society and they got scared. This is the worse way to do business. The commissions charged were sky high as well. In short, if you are smart enough to even Google for these reviews, I would tell you to take your case now immediately and RUN. Go to any other law firms to settle your stuff. GO. NOW. RUN. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
