Fuss free, friendly with brand new machines. Their day-use fee is handy - avoids having to commit to a long term membership.

Horrible experience. Attended a hiit session and the instructor instructed us to jump on and off a treadmill while it's running at a high elevation and high speed!!! I trusted that the instructor will not ask us to do anything dangerous so I followed instructions. Despite trying to be very careful, I simply flew right off the threadmill on my first attempt and suffered rather bad abrasion. After my injury, the gym offered me a total of 4 alcohol swipes and antiseptic cream. But they actually ran out of alcohol swipes coz they only had 4! The first aid box was clearly not well stocked enough for a gym. After the incident, they also did not attempt to reach out to me nor offer any further assistance. I had to take initiative to contact them. I requested them to stop that practice as there are many safer HIIT exercises and this was clearly rather dangerous. I have nothing to gain from this. They did not offer to compensate me for my medical bills and at no point in time did i demand that. That was secondary to me, my purpose in reaching out to them was to feedback and make sure that this doesn't happen to anybody else in the future. To my dismay, I was met by very dismissive and non-committal attitude by the Director. He only apologised rather grudgingly after I pointed out that he tried to put the blame on me. When i told them that since they didn't assume responsibility and wanted to continue with this, I will resort to other means to warn others so this will not happen again. I also sent them photos of my injuries which had yet to heal after one week to urge them to take my suggestions seriously. The director simply reply by saying Noted With Thanks. How nice right? I do not recommend this gym at all. If I could, I would've given it zero stars.

Excellent gym, fully equipped for workout. The gym is very conducive to exercise. Have been attending the HIIT classes for more than a year and I saw improvements on my posture and body strength. The trainer, Cejay is patient and interactive who makes the class enjoyable. Highly recommend ????

Cejay is a patient and knowledgeable trainer. His classes cater to differing levels of fitness, so much so an unfit guy like me won't feel 'paiseh' or anything like that. Members are friendly too. The gym is fully equipped and a comfortable place to be.

Highly recommended! CeJay is a very knowledgeable fitness coach who knows how to bring the best out of you. Every week consists different exercises to ensure there is no dullness when it comes to working out! Plus point is Centum has a mini outdoor area where a mixture of weight lifting and cardio exercises can be done simultaneously.

Honestly it's a pretty good and cozy gym with decent equipments for CrossFit. Don't expect a huge and fancy one but it has airbikes, ski erg, rowers and free weights! I don't think I saw Olympic weights. Wide array of options and I really like that people here are not that intimidating and friendly ? really enjoyed my first visit so far! Will definitely come back again! Not sure about the toilet situation though since I didn't need it. There is a water point so that's great :)
