★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesperson and staff were very courteous and welcoming when we visited the shop. They encouraged us to try the chairs on display until we were satisfied. Since the model I wanted had only a showroom piece left, the boss agreed to give some discount. In terms of chair models, they have a limited but comfortable range on display.
However, their after-sales delivery needs more improvement. They offered us a next-day delivery during morning slot, but it was never met and I had to call up twice to check. The boss was very apologetic when I expressed my frustration at having been kept waiting all day for nothing, and he arranged to personally deliver the chair the following day (Sunday) at our agreed timing.
In summary, I would recommend this shop to others, but you'll have to be vigilant about their delivery and ensure to follow up with them closely.
