Products does not equivalent to it's price. It does not prove as what they had claimed. Poor after service which they just brushes you off. How can you compete in these competitive market if you don't take in feedbacks? It's a never to go in my list unless you are too rich.

I spent thousands of dollars on this coating and got the package with a 5 years warranty. I was told that the coating will prevent watermarks. As for scratches, they only claim that it will protect to a certain extent which is fine. But less then a year, my car was full of water marks and i sent it back to them. All they can say was the watermarks cannot be help and wanted to charge me $400 to reduce to watermarks!!!! What service is this? Spent so much yet cant fulfil what they claimed their product can provide. Dont waste your money in this! There are way cheaper coating out there and better service!!! I did called in @91710359 and i just got told off to go for coating else where. So what do you mean by that? But it's ok, just treat that my money got flushed down the drain. Impressive results! Decided to do the light package with paint correction after trying out their wash weeks back. from a simple car wash to do the ceramic pro package its all professionally done.

I bought the platinum package (11 layers) from them 3 years ago in late 2018. In the quotation, they (person named George) said that the package came 10 years warranty, and free touch up once a year. See the quotation below which they sent me in B&W via whatsapp which I still have till today. But now, they (George) refused to honour the touch up service, said they have never provided free touch up service and insisted we both remembered wrongly and we now have to pay. For the past 2 years, we had been going back to them for free touch up once a year, so it's so ironic when they suddenly have NEVER provided the service before. Deeply disappointed with them. BEWARE of this workshop who doesn't honour their wordssss...! PLATINUM (11 Layers) 10 Yrs.
