Bought a chair two years ago from them at Lazada with relatively decent quality but it's cylinder started sink. So I've enquired them about the warranty replacement they replied "Need to bring down to their warehouse myself" When asked for any options like any on-site replacement as it's bulky and heavy, and I don't mind paying for the fee, only to receive same answer three times. Well.. that's just shows their aftersales standards, I guess better to buy a new chair from another company.

I purchase a rack to place my microwave, the rack sinks and got bent within 2 weeks of use. I request for new boards to replace the bent one, it took me 2 months to get them to agree to replace the boards. The refused to ship it to me despite me saying that I am willing to pay for shipping. It is clearly an act to make things difficult. I do not think I am a difficult client because I told them that I do not need any discounts nor refund. I am ok if they just send me new boards and I will fix it myself. Hack, I am even willing to pay for shipping; Yet they make things difficult. Also, they initially insist that the board is not bent and does not warrant for any remedy until I show them measurement with a tool. Avoid this vendor; Very poor service and make remedy difficult.

Came here to buy an office chair. Big showroom with many office chairs to try out. Appreciate the staff explaining the differences in the models and price points. Staff were knowledgeable, patient and friendly, yet not overbearing/hard selling. Recommend coming here if you want to buy an office chair; they have an ample selection. Saw that their desk quality is not bad too.
