As a guy and first timer to a facial I had a really good experience. My face feels smooth and the aesthetician really got all the gunk off my face. Very friendly and had a few laughs ? Was nervous at first but I can recommend. Everyone gets their own little room and it was relaxing, a nice cool room to escape from the heat of Singapore too ?

Overall its not bad, but I had better experience somewhere else. Just go because my birthday voucher. Facial experience is good. It is apparently pretty hard sell for me, but I admitted the manager is very good in describing the products. Though I agreed to top up better products, they kept introduced new and better products on me. In the end, I have to decline the last few offer. Its abit too much hard sell. But thanks for the experience. And how I amazed she can analyze my face by only see a glance of my face with deemed light. Hak! Wont come back. Thanks

Went for a complimentary promotional facial and i appreciated that there wasnt any hard-selling. The facial didnt come with extraction so they were trying to recommend me to add it on. They did not push when i declined. Hui Shi did a good job with my facial. Would consider a package with them based on their professionalism

Hello Céramique @chinatown , just now I went to your salon for a treatment. i just wanted to leave a review (I’m not sure why my phone doesn’t allow me to post) but here’s the review: My experience at céramique aesthetics @ Chinatown was incredible - I was shown both care and sensitivity by the staff, namely Natalie and Huishi. Both of them are extremely pleasant and friendly :) Huishi was incredibly understanding and sensitive to my needs. As I was quite shy and nervous, she reassured me a lot and this made me feel comfortable. I was won over by her service and because of this, I look forward to all my future visits to céramique aesthetics. Natalie was extremely understanding. She did not hard sell at all. Moreover, understanding that I am a student, she helped to put in a good word for me to get a discount for the treatment. I am really appreciative of this. Overall, this experience was also incredible. After one treatment I could see almost instantaneous results. I am astounded and amazed! Of course the results were fantastic, but I am completely won over by the service of these 2 staff and I want to thank them for going the extra mile for me. Thank you céramique aesthetics.

Hui si was my facial therapist - she was very detailed and patient. Her neck massage was soooooo good! Natalie, at front office, she explained the various treatments available and what would work for my skin. No hard sell here, just dedicated work. Will be back.

Kate was my facial therapist and she was so gentle with my face . Highly recommend her . Agatha at reception was lovely and explained very well with the kind of services that was recommended for me based on my skin analysis. Will definitely come back with a more regular facial with them .

Amberly was very good at reviewing my underarm condition and explaining the best option to get the best result. She was very good at applying the treatment and making sure that I was comfortable Natalie explain packages that were available and what was needed to get the desired effect. She wasn’t pushy or did any up selling. She was very informative and friendly. Recommend to any first time persons looking for underarm whitening to come test this place out
