★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a former employee of certis cisco officer supervisory position,very poor management skills by SE & OM no welfare forced to come back during my off days must standby long hours.SE no professionalism very harsh towards officers shows favouritism.certis cisco is a big organisation & have a reputation but is this how employess are treated?employees are assets but they are looked down upon has typical guards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally appreciate the service at the MMRC by the instructors however it could be better on the service if not for the magazine issuer/IC . Everyone is doing their job to do things efficiently but do expect poor service from the magazine collection point. He needs to be taught some manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont deserve any stars actually. We were at certis center one for an interview. The reception staff was extremely rude and her behaviour was very horifying. She asked if we were msians. We said yes but she didnt believe and keep asking if we are sure that we are sporeans. She asked us if we have travelled to other countries we said no. And she again asked are you sure with a very rude tone of voice. Her name is Siti Zubaidah. There was a certis officer seated beside rude as well. These kind of staff tarnish the reputation of the company. If I am uncivalised like the both of them I could have told her off and be rude too. If I am given a job at reception I will cherish ot and do a good job. Ridiculous behaviour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service staff handling Cisco Decams . Very rude and unprofessional. If you don't like your job, just quit la , another better person can do it . Why torture other people by answering calls if you can't do it professionally. Even if the person is not sure when they are calling u , you can at least guide them .

but if you're trans I would say that this is the best place to gain some experience and a stop-gap measure until you find a job that is more suitable for our particular identity
