β β β β β One of the worst place in Singapore to rent a place from. Car park lots all allocated to a car company. Trade visitors pay a hefty wheel clamp fine of $267.50 ! if exceeds parking 30 mins visiting any of the tenant offices and shops of this building. Management office speaks like gangster and says that they have the rights to wheel camp any car even if there are cars obviously illegally parking everywhere.
Tenants suffer great loss of business due to inconvenience. Last place to visit or do business.
