★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and was able to repair my Xbox which had a spoilt motherboard. Took a while to have the part shipped over and replaced but it was worth the wait.
Unfortunately my data could not be saved but that was also communicated beforehand and a choice which I made.
Overall great service and they managed to get it up and running. My Xbox is a Halo 5 Limited Edition which is dear to me. I’m glad it could get repaired and would recommend them for such repairs.

Job done within hours and machine tested all good. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent by Surface Pro 6 for repairs on 6th January 2022.
I did enquire by phone from other service providers. After the conversation with Zapple, I am totally convinced that they are experienced, knowledgeable and able to pinpoint the fault.
Unlike the others they are able to diagnose the fault accurately and have stock for the parts required.
They even assure me that it can be ready within the 2 hour.
After sending it for repairs where the screen needs replacement, I was shown that the batteries have blotted and I asked them to replaced it.
I am more than delighted with their service quality, speed of work and warmth of the service staff. They exceed my expectations .
Bravo and kudos.
I will certainly recommend them to everybody.
