★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a portable projector on 27th Aug. told me they have stock from other branch and need few days to transfer to Northpoint branch. Till now(6thSept) no call from them to collect. Call them at 6759 6371 but no answer. utterly disappointed. have to buy from another store for a presentation last night. I wont even want to give 1 star or I cant post my experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad product quality experience from northpoint challenger, bought an armageddon headset, both side not working at all, also bought an apple earpiece and adapter, one side working and other side not working, Immediaetly tested right there after buying and found not working, so I asked the staff about this and they asked me to claim directly from apple and couldnt just replace with a new one, and I havent even started using it!! now I have to spent my time following up with Apple !!!

Cashier was customer-centric, and proposed ways to save more $, with different card promo etc. It made my purchase experience very positive. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place that I always visit, easy found most of the electronic stuff you need, however, some worker is rude. I was walking pass behind a staff and hit by him as he suddenly swing his arm, and he look me up and down like a "not happy ah?" look.
Then continue concentrate on what he is doing.
