It was Tuesday at around 1250pm. I was going round and round the ironing session for about 25mins, no one bother to attend to me. There were staff walking around, chit chatting, there were even one lady behind me combing her hair using the mirror on the wall with her work attire. Is that what it supposed to be in a working environment? Finally after a good 20mins, I stop one staff and enquiry about one ironing which I eyed for quite sometime. He spoke to me for less than a min, and tell me to wait and he disappear... Attending to another customer. So is this how Harvey Norman taught their staff? Wasted my 25 mins here. I rather spend my money elsewhere to purchase my ironing.

Unruly Behaviour - Horrible Services - Failed accountability and responsibility. staff in harvey norman really have to be train well and be more attentive and courteous. outside vendors of harvey norman should be more well trained and not supposed to be so rude especially when coming into the house of customer. first of all, staff in harvey norman yishun is not attentive at all - using their phones and not attending to the customer where i am the only on around the washer area. have to approach the staff to ask for more questions. luckily he was very knowledgeable with all the information needed. secondly, the staff who assist to place the order (esther) was okay with processing the order, however the request by customer is not attended well. due to working hours, they have only between 5-8pm to install the washer next day and they are not available for sunday. esther mentioned that we can speak with the installer to come at a later time as our work end at 5pm. thirdly, the cashier where very rude and not interested in assisting with the payment. such customer service for harvey norman is really terrible. forth, the installer calling at 3:33pm and demanded to come immediately in 20mins. as spoken and agreed with staff at harvey norman, we are able to coordinate on our own with the installer. however, the installer Ricky mobile: 9752 3896 was horribly rude and stated he either come now or not coming. i’ve explained that my time chosen was between 5-8pm and not able to be home at the moment. he was horribly rude and stated he come by 5pm if not he will leave if no one around. made a call to harvey norman yishun and esther mentioned that the third party vendor, they have no control over and apologies. however, she did not admitted her mistake of letting us knowing the wrong information. this is extremely horrible experience. lastly, when Ricky and his partner installer arrive, they were late and did not even remove the washer packaging. - mentioning that if we throw away the packaging there will not be warranty. however i have checked with the company, there will still be warranty. this is extremely nasty installers. when installing, they were banging and hitting the new washer on the floor. this is totally unacceptable and will be raising this issue and report to Case. good luck in training your staff harvey norman and this will be the last time to look up for you for purchasing.

I have good and excellent customer's services at this NORTH POINT 'S BRANCH. Salesman is very helpful and professional and his products well. HE gave excellent advice and go all the way to check the products for me. I am very impressed.

Came here to just browse TVs and staff were excellent. If you are like me and hate salesperson that follow you around trying to push an item to you when you just want to take your time to see see, then this place is for you. Went to the TV section, were greeted by the staff professionally and asked if we needed any assistance and I let them know that I'm just browsing and will let them know if I need help and they left us alone.

staff are really friendly and nice ! fantastic customer service by June and Jonathan ?? had a really nice time choosing and trying which pillow to buy, staff were really insightful on the types of pillow for different sleeping positions (back/side). will definitely come back again!

My first time purchasing a gaming laptop for my son. Didn't came with much information. The sales person Stephy from Yishun branch helped me based on some basic requirements that my son shared. We managed to procure the Asus FA507R TUF gaming. Certainly hope my son will enjoy it.

We had a very good experience with Ken, who sold us the tv and soundbar. He knows the products well and listens well. He would recommend products that best suit our needs and value for money rather than the most expensive ones. The one less star is for the tv mounting service. The guy who came the first time was not experienced and simply told us our wall cannot have a mounted tv as there’s a metal plate behind that he can’t drill through. We then found out that it was partly due to the swiveled mount we chose which he could simply recommend for us to change to a simple bracket. In the end, they sent a second guy who interestingly could mount onto our wall with the swiveled bracket. Throughout this process, Ken was the one who helped to facilitate and even paid out of his own pocket for the transportation of the first failed mounting service, which he didn’t have to. So, this guy does not just care about taking your money and disappear, but really wants to ensure you enjoy the products you purchased and follows through till the end. Thank you very much Ken, kudos to you, the best sales person we’ve encountered!
