★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience with Managing Agents Christine Chew has been the most unresponsive person I have had to deal with even having stood on the condo council. Continued issues with uncleanliness on the estate still not resolved after 3 warnings. Have had to report the matter to the NEA to get the issue resolved. Only responds Monday to Friday during working hours so if you're looking for an agent who goes the extra mile i'd find someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listed phone call not reachable, no call back, no email address to leave information, nothing, in the age of smartphone and 5G a simple access card request requires tenants to pickup a piece of poorly copied (not even clearly printed) piece of paper at the guard house, tennis court sign up calendar is also a piece of paper managed by the guard ... so what management tasks are being done by management agent when the guard does everything? Nothing? What a joke. The people running this company is probably still using Windows 95.
