Although I contacted them quite late with little lead time to help my company set up and decorate the event venue, they flawlessly completed the decorations for the event. Especially the wall of flowers they created, its truly a masterpiece. Looking forward to our next collaboration for our next event

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good customer service, fast response to queries. Seller also take photo of end product and send me before selling it to the receiver. This allows me to see the bouquet that I'm sending to my friend. They are gorgeous!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to use and professional website for order placement. It took me some time to search for a flower and gift delivery service in Singapore that provides same day or next day delivery. While many advertise same day delivery, a visit to their websites or from email responses, revealed that they actually require 3 working days to process an order if it involves a cake. Flowers In Mind was the only one that clearly lived up to their service commitment. As I live and work overseas, this was clearly the best solution for me. I received timely feedback on a discrepancy between order and actual, prompt delivery and instant confirmation once delivered. And the gift and cake was enjoyed by the recipient. Pleasure to do business with you and will surely recommend your services to others. Three thumbs up!

I must thank teacher Rachel for her passion and patience in guiding me through the entire workshop. Learning is fun when doing it in a group.
I personally enjoyed to be trained one-to-one as it ensured that my mistakes were addressed without having to delay the class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is such a delight when Flowers in Mind come knocking on your door all smiles and happy themselves to deliver to you a beautiful carefully crafted bouquet of exotic flowers and a Fullerton Hotel signature chocolate celebration cake. This is the third time we have depended upon FIM to bring happiness to people we love in Singapore: always a personal service, they listen carefully, create especially as you desire, and deliver precisely with verve - in this case at short notice, even though our recipients had moved home FIM found them and delivered as scheduled... Wow - this is seriously a great company for spreading happiness.

They were detailed and meticulous in understanding your needs and customised the bouquets accordingly with no extra questions asked.
