★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Indonesia maid from this agency is horrible. Claim that we did not give her food, even though we asked her. She claimed that she want to lose weight don't want to eat & now can twist her words and say we didn't feed. Her attitude was very bad towards my old age mother. She left on short notice without any consideration that my old age mother will be left alone at home with no care.
Please screen your helper history and profile properly before you decide to engage any one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend. Pls do not go to this agency. Paid 2K+ agency fee, and the maid work 4 months only want to return home to get married???. There is NO free replacement AND now the agency ask us to pay another 1.2K agency fee if we want a transfer maid. Not even quarantine fee want 1.2K. Total scam. Do not be upsell by Peter. Black heart agents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, maid steal money but they cover up the maid so as to probably take / earn money back from maid? Maid after which been sent to malaysia to work (banned in SG) and in between got pregnant. Disgusting. It’s disgusting on both maid and agency because I understand the maid is a human too so agency cannot control the maid behaviour but to cover up so as to take back / earn from the maid and STILL send to another family? Black hearted.
