I have engaged them twice and got both my previous helper (finished contract) and current one from them. Good service, their team Mr Chew Soon En has been really helpful. Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinter from Inter Great (Katong branch) was very professional and a great help to my family in recommending suitable helpers for us. He sent over their files and arranged for video interviews. He then arranged for us to interview the shortlisted candidates.
Most importantly, there was no hidden cost: all fees were clearly listed and agreed upon.
The helper’s SHN was duly served and she received proper training. The staff also went through the contract in detail with her before she commenced work with us.
After the helper started her service with our family, the staff would still follow up with phone calls, both to make sure the helper had settled in and to check if the employer had any concerns or problems.
We greatly appreciate the service the agency had rendered us and highly recommend them.
