This time I chose alibaba standard shipping, somehow I received the item in 12 days (considered fast, as normally about 30 days), and the item labeled as came from Changi Airfreight Centre (might be a new collaboration between alibaba and Changi)?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pass office has a open waiting area and you can spend up to an hour waiting. The least we can have is some good fans, it's unbearable during the hot of the day. There were two coolers which have stopped working, the ceiling fan is so small you have to sit right under it and there are only two of them. And no one knows where you can complaint or provide suggestions. Only saving grace is that at some of staff attempt to speedup.
The passes they issue has fungus growing all over. They need to renew them at least once a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those of you saying this company is a scam, let me just tell you that they aren’t. They’re not the ones sending items from for example Alibaba or other chinese websites, they’re just a forwarder. The packages are sent from China to Singapore, get a new shipping label and are sent to the destination country from there. They’re not responsible if you receive the wrong item or an item you didn’t order.
Chinese websites & sellers do this because Singaporean Post is usually faster than Chinese Post.
