★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a gorgeous services that provided by Changi Recommends. Traveling to to Australia in last minutes confirmation, was trying to ordered a router in last minutes, but it was unexpected that the delivery arrived before my departure. I was connected with the customer service to get my good on time and brilliant that they are follow up closely. Brilliant thanks that i got the router and wouldnt get lost in Australia :) thanks Changi Recommends, you are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Turkey SIM card from Lazada in Feb, waited a few days but didn't receive any e-voucher. Emailed and they say will provide a full refund for my purchase. I've sent them back the refund form which no one replies to. Follow up a few times and no reply again. Speechless..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No response from customer service team for weeks now. We redeemed our rediscovery vouchers through Changi Recommends and purchased 2 tickets but only got an e-ticket for 1 person. Our booking is tomorrow and we still cannot reach anybody to assist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really appreciate the staff who have assisted me and my family for attraction reservation at T1 arrival counter . I understand that everyone is so excited to enjoy the 1st trip after 2years of covid period at the same time I worried the crowded situation and explained to the counter staff since we only have limited time so Changi recommends Counter (the girl) made it possible for us to book the ZOO on target date and time. She also serve us very patient and help us to prepare all the attraction ticket. Definitely will come back again! Appreciate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our Short 2-week vacation to the Philippines last 12 May to 28 May 2022 and we always rent the overseas wifi for SGD$200++ for the entire duration of our trip. We had previous experience with their overseas wifi rental prior to covid lockdown and we were happy with the service. Unfortunately however, during our last vacation last month, all we has was trouble from the beginning of our holiday, we did try and call their technical support because the device cannot connect to the local parnet for more than 5 minutes and no matter how many times we power-off nd power on the router/wifi, it cannot connect to the internet.. (since we use local data to go around the city via waze app on a private car). In the end, we were so fed up we just bought a local simcard and load from there..Right now, with their current pricing.. I would not recommend this service to anyone at least not to Asean region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend suggested me to use Changi services due to they offer complete package essential for travelling. So a week ago, I have rented their router for my travel use in Europe for 2 weeks. All I can say is It is very convenient and affordable however for the connection there are areas that cannot get strong signal which I reported to their customer service rep. They have explained to me regarding to why I experience it and still helped me on how to improve the connection. which is so understandable in this case. Nonetheless, its a great experience! I also had my baggage wrapped prior check in to make sure its secured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 years of not travelling, Singapore is the first country i visit today! Changi Airport is still the no.1 Airport with the 1 stop Service Changi Recommends. Who provide my transportation , Sim card and Attraction tickets! Thanks for the 2 friendly ladies welcoming us and introducing us the packages at T3 Arrival Hall. The feeling of coming Singapore its like my 2nd Home!
